Chat
The Chat tab is the primary way to interact with Syncello AI. Type natural language requests and the assistant will determine which tools to use, ask for approval when needed, and execute actions on your connected platforms.
Auto-Complete for Tools
As you type in the chat, Syncello AI automatically suggests relevant tools based on your input. You can:
- Type a natural description like "list all my Tape apps" and the AI will select the right tool
- Reference specific tools by name for precise control
- Chain multiple operations in a single conversation
Tool Approval
Syncello AI classifies every tool by risk level to keep your data safe:

| Read | Auto-approved — no confirmation needed | List apps, get record, search items |
| Write | Requires your approval before execution | Create record, update field, send message |
| Destructive | Requires your approval before execution | Delete record, remove member, archive channel |
Tip: All GET operations (read-only tools) are auto-approved, so the
assistant can quickly gather information without interrupting your flow.
Conversation Context
The AI maintains context throughout a conversation. You can build on previous results:
- "Show me all apps in my Marketing workspace"
- "Now list the records in the Campaigns app"
- "Update the status field on record 42 to 'Active'"
Each step builds on the previous context — no need to repeat details.
